Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the jbjdumpsterrental.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by All In One Branding (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

JBJ Operations LLC

Messages will be sent for appointment reminders, service updates, and service marketing from JBJ Operations LLC.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@jbjoperations.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 2 text messages per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

RENTAL SERVICE TERMS

1. Rental Agreement
By renting a dumpster from JBJ Dumpster Rentals, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding and apply to all rental agreements.

2. Rental Period and Fees

 20-Yard Dumpster:
• $375 for 1 day
• $410 for 2 days
• $445 for 3 days
• $475 for 4 days
• $500 for 5 days
• $525 for 6 days
• $540 for 7 days

 8-Yard Dumpster trailer:
• $225 for 1 day
• $260 for 2 days
• $295 for 3 days
• $325 for 4 days
• $350 for 5 days
• $375 for 6 days
• $390 for 7 days

The rental period begins upon delivery of the dumpster to the specified location and ends upon pickup. Additional charges may apply if the dumpster is kept beyond the agreed rental period. (8am – 8pm)

3. Damage to Dumpster
The renter is responsible for any damage to the dumpster during the rental period, including but not limited to dents, scratches, or structural damage.

 Repair Costs:
• Minor Dents or Scratches: $150
• Major Structural Damage: $800 – $1,500
• The cost of repairs will be charged to the renter’s payment method on file.

4. Improper Usage
Dumpsters are to be used only for the disposal of non-hazardous materials. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, paints, asbestos)
• Flammable materials (e.g., gasoline, propane tanks)
• Electronics (e.g., televisions, computers)
• Tires, batteries, and appliances containing Freon

Improper usage of the dumpster will result in a minimum fine of $500 and any additional costs associated with proper disposal or environmental cleanup.

5. Overloading and Weight Limits
Dumpsters should not be filled above the rim or exceed the weight limit specified for each size. Excess weight may result in additional charges based on local disposal facility rates.

• Overloading may incur an additional fee of $100 per ton over the limit.

6. Site Access and Responsibility
It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure adequate access for the delivery and pickup of the dumpster. Any damage to driveways, lawns, or other property caused by delivery or pickup is the renter’s responsibility.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking. Additional charges, if any, will be billed at the end of the rental period. Any unpaid balances may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 fee.
9. Indemnity
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold JBJ Dumpster Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the renter’s use of the dumpster, including but not limited to legal fees.

A2P SMS Messaging Compliance

In adherence to A2P messaging guidelines, we provide clear options for opting out of SMS communications. You may opt in by checking the consent box on our web form:

Opt-Out Procedure: You can discontinue receiving text messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive.

Opt-Out Confirmation: Upon opting out, we will send a single confirmation message to confirm your decision.

Assistance Information: For help or more information, reply “HELP”.

No Unintended Consequences: Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your use of our services in other ways.

We are committed to respecting your choices and ensuring transparency in our communication practices.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
